ABOUT

Protect patients against the risk of flight.

The T8p Tag is a powerful small form factor that utilizes Wi-Fi to assist staff in preventing patient wandering and elopement in any hospital environment.

FEATURES

Protect patients across the hospital

The T8P Patient Protection Tag uses standard Wi-Fi communication, tamper detection and exit monitoring to protect patients from flight risk and abduction.

Tamper and Skin Sensing

The tag and band instantly notify you of any tampering attempts while also including a skin sensing feature, helping to ensure that it is always securely applied and protecting the patient.

Easy Attachment

For easy attachment, T8p tags are designed to be worn with a wrist strap on patients’ wrist or ankle depending on clinical needs.

24x7 Protection

The tag continuously transmits “supervision” messages every 10 seconds, offering real time visibility that the patient is protected.

Advanced Exit Detection and Security

The T8p Tag provides instant notifications when a patient passes through a protected exit area, and local door locking/alarms can be triggered to maintain the highest level of security.

Waterproof/Water Resistant

Small but durable, T8p tags are water-resistant and waterproof up to 1 meter (3 feet) for up to 30 minutes, allowing them to be safely worn while taking a shower or bath.
